Jitin Singhal, Advocate is a founder of SAGE LAW FIRM and has vast experience of advisory and litigation in Indirect Tax laws viz. GST, Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax, FEMA and allied laws. He has successfully represented major corporate houses including manufacturers, EOUs, SEZs, Export-Import Houses, Real-estate builders before Supreme Court of India, Various High Courts, various benches of Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) across India, ATFE and Commissioners. He has also advised many MNCs with respect to tax planning. He has also actively engaged in litigation matters involving Arbitration laws and consumer laws. He has also drafted contracts and agreements for MNCs and Real-estate builders.
He hold a Master’s Degree from University of Nottingham (UK) and Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade Law from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He has been admitted to practice at the Bar Council of India in 2010
